The next exercise requires you to position your index finger in front of your face about a hands distance away from your nose. To continue with the exercises, focus on the finger with one eye only and then quickly shift your focus to a distant object.
Preferably, you would want to look at something as far as your eyes can see. Do this for 10-30 times for each eye. If your focus is shifting from your finger to the distant object then you are doing the exercise perfectly. The eyes’ focusing ability is then practiced on this specific exercise.
The next eye exercise will be an exercise to strengthen your neck’s muscles. In this exercise you will need to move your head up and down like nodding yes to someone. Look up to the ceiling and down to the floor. This exercise will help you to have a better blood circulation to the head and the eyes which may also help in reducing the sag of your chin.

Do not wear eyeglasses. According to experts, you should not keep on wearing those eyeglasses or lessen the time that you wear them. Eyeglasses only act as a temporary cure to your problems and will not last long. If truth be told, glasses will only worsen your condition in the long run.
